INTERNATIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION
We Welcome International Orders

Thank you for your interest in an International order from Boure Bicycle Clothing. While there may be some additional work to create an international order, we do them regularly. As long as you are not placing a wholesale order expecting to resell Bouré products or are from a country we are prohibited to sell to by our government (List of prohibited countries) we’ll do whatever we can to get your Boure products shipped to you quickly and conveniently.
How it Works

The first thing to do is to figure out what you want to order. We have developed extensive fitting information on each product page to help you find the right size for your what you want. We also have a Sizing Charts Page where we explain how we would measure you to obtain sizing information, so we are talking the same language when we determine a fit. If you need a metric conversion, an inch is 2.54 cm. A pound is 454 grams or 2.2 pounds to the kilo. If you need additional help or need to decide which measurements to compromise and which are most important, feel free to send us an e-mail and we will do everything we can to help you get properly fitted. Please make sure you write to us in English as we do not speak any foreign languages well enough to clearly inform.

The key to shipping internationally, is to know what you want to buy and then for us to know exactly where we will be shipping the item(s). That is the only way for us to predict shipping costs so that you can decide if it is worth the cost of shipping. The easiest way to do that is for you to fill out the website order form and send in the order. When we receive the order, we will calculate shipping quotes applicable to your order. Next, we will e-mail the shipping quotes to the e-mail address provided with the order. At that point, you can choose a shipping method, cancel the order or ask additional questions. We will only charge the credit card when you have chosen and approved a shipping method and the order is finalized.

Keep in mind, that you will likely have to pay some amount of duties or taxes when your package arrives. You should investigate the taxes, duties and possibly service charges related to them at your local shipping offices. We have no way to predict them, and we make no provisions for them. We have been told, by customers, that some shippers charge handling fees on top of the taxes and duties which those customers considered excessive, so please look into the handling fees for your own protection.

Lastly, we have tried our best to make the web site easy to use but it has some limitations. If you have a comment or question on your order, feel free to use the “Ordering Instructions” or “Comment or Gift Message” boxes to give us a detailed question or comment. There is no need to request a shipping quote as we will automatically do that for all orders outside the USA.

Returns and Exchanges
 There is no need to call for a Return Authorization.
If for ANY reason you would like to return your purchase or gift, simply send it back for a refund or exchange at the below address. All we need to know is who you are, an e-mail address and/or daytime phone number, and what you would like us to do for you. Any reimbursements or adjustments will be made by original method of payment.
